We’re offering a new group that combines mindfulness strategies and communication skills tailored to meet the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals, inspired by the bestselling book, Mindfulness for Twenty-Somethings.

As a neurodivergent young adult, you may be familiar with the feeling of being pulled in multiple directions. The daily tumult, busyness, and major life changes can make you feel particularly vulnerable to stress and its negative effects.

⏰ When

  • Every Wednesday from 7-9 pm ET, for 8 weeks, from March 13th – May 1st.

πŸ’² Cost

  • Sliding Scale of $10-25/session (with full payment required to register). We also have a few “pro bono” (free) spots. Minimum of 4 participants and max of 6 participants. Registration closes on February 28th.

Ryan, a 2022 graduate of the College of Wooster with a philosophy major, prioritizes the discipline’s role in self-reflection. Committed to fostering inclusivity, he aims to empower neurodivergent young adults through mindfulness and communication tools for navigating emerging adulthood and cultivating personal agency.
