Unlock the Secrets to Lasting Connection! Join Our Couples Counseling Group!

Ever wondered how those seemingly perfect couples effortlessly navigate life’s challenges? Behind closed doors, they’re just like you—dealing with disconnection, sadness, frustration, and resentment.

Why is Love so Challenging? It’s because no one taught us the dance of connection. But we’re here to guide you in learning, growing, and fostering connection like never before.

When: Thursdays, starting January 18th, ending April 11th (and skipping March 7th). Time: 6 pm to 8 pm. Where: Secure online platform – you can join us from anywhere in NC!

What to Expect:

We kick off every session with a quick relationship check-in, then a 20-minute deep dive on a topic from Stacey Curnow’s bestselling book, Repair Your Relationships: Reset, Reconnect and Enjoy Your Most Important Relationships.

The topics include how to:

  • Navigate through challenging moments with calm and clarity.
  • Embrace compassion as the heart of your interactions.
  • Cultivate curiosity to foster deeper understanding.
  • Find the courage to express your authentic self.
  • Collaborate effectively and strengthen your connection.
  • Achieve crystal-clear communication and lasting fulfillment.

The remainder of our session is dedicated to one couple addressing a specific issue, with guidance from the facilitators, in front of the group. Participation is completely voluntary.

In the final segment, the group has an opportunity to express their appreciation to the couple, addressing what they observed and sharing insights they gained from the interaction.

There’s no pressure, just authentic conversations.

What if I’m nervous about groups? Participating in a group requires courage, but we’ll provide the support you need to feel more confident.

What if I can’t attend all sessions? Full payment for each session is required, but homework can be provided between sessions so that you don’t miss important information. Please note that insurance will not cover the cost of unattended sessions.

When do the groups run? Every Thursday evening, starting January 18th and ending April 11th. We will skip March 7th.
